When is the expected move-in date for Lyskær Have?
We expect the homes to be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2027. The exact move-in date will be announced to everyone on the waiting list as construction progresses according to schedule.
How much will an apartment cost?
The rent has not yet been determined. Once the prices are finalized, we will notify everyone on the waiting list directly—before they are published here on the website.
What sizes and number of rooms can I choose from?
Lyskær Have comprises 59 apartments, including 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units ranging from 65 to 95 m². Floor plans are being released on an ongoing basis.
Do all the apartments have a balcony?
Yes. All apartments have their own spacious balcony. The ground-floor apartments also have direct access to their own terrace and the green common areas.
Can I rent a parking space?
Yes. The property offers both street parking and a shared underground parking garage where you can rent a reserved spot. Select spots are equipped with electric charging stations.
Does signing up for the waiting list commit me to anything?
No. There’s absolutely no obligation. We’ll let you know as soon as the prices, floor plans, and rental start date are finalized—and you can always unsubscribe at any time.
How close is it to public transportation?
The light rail runs right by Lyskær Have, and it’s just a short distance to both the Herlev S-train station and several bus routes. You can reach central Copenhagen in about half an hour.
