In southern Helsinge lies the Ammendrup Park residential area, which consists of 164 modern three- and four-room terraced houses and semi-detached houses (90-125m2).

A further 36 terraced houses are under construction, with occupancy expected at the end of 2026.

Here we would like to develop Favn

Favn can fit in many places, including terraced housing, multi-story buildings, and mixed developments. The most important thing for us is that the area is close to the city and close to infrastructure and public transport, so that everyday life for our residents can run as smoothly as possible. If it can also be beautiful and part of a strong local community, that's perfect.

We have found some plots around Zealand that meet all these criteria, including in Egedal Municipality, Holbæk Municipality, and Greve Municipality. But good things take time, and that also applies to Favn homes. We therefore cannot say where or when.
